Sales and prices continue to rise in Miami Dade County
Miami Dade County real estate have experienced more than six consecutive years of price appreciation
Single family home prices have increased 3.6% in February 2018 and lack of inventory continues to be the driving force behind this price increase.
Condo prices have increased 4.5% in February 2018.
Both single family homes and condos sell at almost listing price and days on the market have decreased.
Affordability continues to be an issue, forcing more and more people to rent. In some areas, rents have increased significantly, while in others (downtown Miami, Brickell) rents have decreased due to the new inventory available for rent from investors.
